Kansas City Chief’s Harrison Butker Demolishes ‘Delusional’ Biden and Disorder in Commencement Speech

Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker has won three Super Bowls.

But he was getting a lot of attention this week not for his football prowess, but for what he said in a commencement address on Saturday at Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas, a small Catholic college. He lit into societal disorder telling the class they’d witnessed how “bad leaders who don’t stay in their lane can have a negative impact on society,” talking about COVID lockdowns.

“Bad policies and poor leadership have negatively impacted major life issues.”  he said also calling out the “growing support for degenerate cultural values and media, all stem from the pervasiveness of disorder.”  Then he pointed a finger at Biden.

Our own nation is led by a man who publicly and proudly proclaims his Catholic faith, but at the same time is delusional enough to make the Sign of the Cross during a pro-abortion rally. He has been so vocal in his support for the murder of innocent babies that I’m sure to many people it appears that you can be both Catholic and pro-choice.
He is not alone. From the man behind the Covid lockdowns, to the people pushing dangerous gender ideologies onto the youth of America, they all have a glaring thing in common — they are Catholic. This is an important reminder that being Catholic alone doesn’t cut it.

Butker then said it was their duty to be unapologetically Catholic and stand up against the disorder, and to not go along to get along.

“If we’re going to be men and women for this time in history, we need to stop pretending that the Church of nice is a winning proposition,” he explained.

Butker said what also plagues our society is this lie that men are somehow not necessary. The absence of men in the home plays a large part in the violence that we see around the nation, he stated.

“Be unapologetic in your masculinity,” Butker exclaimed. “Fight against the cultural emasculation of men. Do hard things. Never settle for what is easy.”

When Butker visited the White House with the Chiefs last year, he wore a pro-life tie and released a statement speaking out against Joe Biden’s support of abortion, so he’s not been shy about calling him out in the past.
