Samantha Woll, 40, board president of the Isaac Agree Downtown Synagogue in Detroit, Michigan, was murdered Saturday, and was found stabbed to death outside her home.
Update: In addition to being a Jewish community leader and a prominent Democratic Party activist, Woll was a co-founder of the Muslim-Jewish Forum of Greater Detroit, an interfaith organization. The forum posted on Facebook: “Sam was one of the dear founders of this forum. She was such a sweet, cheerful, thoughtful soul. May her memory be a blessing.”

A politically connected Detroit synagogue president was found stabbed dead this morning outside her home in the city’s Lafayette Park neighborhood, east of downtown.
Samantha Woll, 40, led the Isaac Agree Downtown Detroit Synagogue and previously worked for Congresswoman Elissa Slotkin and on the re-election campaign of Attorney General Dana Nessel, both Democrats.

“I am shocked, saddened and horrified to learn of Sam’s brutal murder,” Nessel said in a statement. “Sam was as kind a person as I’ve ever known. She was driven by her sincere love of her community, state and country. Sam truly used her faith and activism to create a better place for everyone.”
President Biden spoke out against antisemitism and Islamophobia in an Oval Office address last week:
You know, and here at home, we have to be honest with ourselves. In recent years, too much hate has been given too much oxygen, fueling racism, a rise in antisemitism and Islamicphobia [Islamophobia] right here in America.
It’s also intensified in the wake of recent events that led to the horrific threats and attacks that both shock us and break our hearts.
No motive has yet been identified, but Jewish institutions have been under threat ever since the Palestinian terror group Hamas carried out a massive attack in Israel on October 7, murdering over 1,400 people.

The Isaac Agree Downtown Synagogue, the last functioning synagogue left in the city of Detroit, is a remnant of a community that began moving to the suburbs even before the tumultuous events of the 1960s. Ten years ago, it was slated to close.
But it was saved by two young Jewish activists who reshuffled the board and renewed the community’s interest in keeping the facility alive.
Today, the synagogue is expanding, and holds regular Sabbath services.
The Detroit area is home to a large Arab population, and a large rally in support of Hamas was held in nearby Dearborn on Oct. 12.

When are the Christian Nations, and the west going to wake up and realize that the Arab Spring pushed on by our own Islamic POTUS Obama was the start of the second atttempted major Islamic invasion of the West and attempted take over of Christian faith based lands. This was first attempted in the late 1400’s and was pushed back due to their brutality and inability to coexist. Generally no mass invasion or immigration took place until the Islamic Nations of the mideast aligned with the NAZI’s of WWII when they supplied Oil to them in exchange for arms and military training as well as terrorism training. After the Obama administration opened up the doors we see the massive waves of mideastern based populations fleeing their nations who became more oppressive starting under the Clinton Administration. As a group they cannot coexist with in any other Christian nation and in fact set up their own Islamic Zones in which NO Christian influence or entry is permitted, police or emergency personnel included. This is like setting up their own nations within a host nation. America is not immune to this with huge immigration’s to the Detroit, Minneapolis, New York, and other areas where similiar problems exist. Their community members do not recongnize the laws and customs of their host countries and in fact wil violate those same laws and customs in the name of their own belefs. It was the Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces in Europe Dwight David Eisenhower who recognized the problems with the polultonso fhte mideast and is quoted as saying these people cannot be allowed to perminately immigrate to the west and in particular the United States due to their beliefs. His obserations and forsite has proven to be correct in that this immigration has not benefited America nor the immigrats but caused harm, caused increased tension, added major expense to those areas that they are drawn to while they contribute nothing. As long as the mideast is embroiled in hate, fighting, wars, and threats for extreme Islamic fundamentalism the mass immigration to the west will continue. Note that the excuse for the immigration is oppression but once relocated they themselves create their own oppression of others. Their migration is aways to the west, never the east toward India, Packestian, China, Mongolia, Russia, further into Africa, or the nations of South East Asia, not even South or Central American countires.
