Fauci Fights Disinformation…with Disinformation

It’s hard to know what to believe anymore when you hear the same person saying things on both sides of the coin. Dr. Fauci has been fighting about “disinformation” regarding how to handle COVID – and more specifically, how ivermectin can be used to deal with COVID.

The left lost their minds when Joe Rogan went public to say that ivermectin was one of the things he was taking along with other therapeutics to help deal with COVID-19.

Fauci, along with Jim Acosta of CNN, kept identifying that ivermectin is a “horse dewormer” as well as a “drug for livestock.”

Essentially, their disinformation campaign was to say that ivermectin is bad and that it should only be used on livestock.

Wait, though.

If they’re going on a campaign to explain what is and isn’t disinformation, they’re guilty, too. After all, ivermectin is an anti-parasitic drug that wo the Nobel Prize back in 2015. It has benefited millions of people around the world. The CDC even recommends that refugees take ivermectin due to its anti-parasitic effect.

Okay, Dr. Fauci, you have some explaining to do.

Since ivermectin is now just a “horse dewormer” why is the CDC recommending refugees take it before arriving in the United States?https://t.co/7RMfPBbQge pic.twitter.com/VbzcdoXN9k

Several on Twitter began to identify that the doctor may not be telling us everything he knows about the anti-parasitic. Either it’s just a horse dewormer or it’s capable of helping humans with a number of health problems. It can’t be both – yet Dr. Fauci isn’t being consistent in his answers.

Calling it a “drug for livestock” is both deceptive and misleading. Most would even say that it is the spreading of disinformation. It’s been FDA-approved for humans to use to deal with parasites. It has not, however, been approved to use against COVID.

CNN’s Jim Acosta invited Dr. Fauci on to discuss the disinformation regarding ivermectin. We knew this was going to be a disaster since both of them have been primary sources for the spread of misinformation.

On the show today, I asked Dr. Fauci about some of the well-known people spreading Covid disinformation. His response: “one of the enemies of public health is disinformation.” pic.twitter.com/xSbD2TDMZx

On the bottom of the screen, as Acosta and Fauci talked, a tape scrolled to say, “Joe Rogan says he took widely discredited livestock drug for COVID.”

Fauci told Acosta that “one of the enemies of public health is disinformation.”

We couldn’t agree with you more, Dr. Fauci. It’s why we don’t listen to you – you’re full of disinformation. After all, we haven’t forgotten about the time when you told us not to wear masks. Then, you told us that if we were all to get vaccinated, we could go back to life as normal.

Fauci is full of disinformation – and he’s one of the top reasons why there’s so much distrust in the public health system at the moment.

Rogan took a drug for humans. It’s FDA approved for use in humans – just as an anti-parasitic rather than something focused toward COVID. Yet, Fauci and Acosta are tripping over themselves to accuse Rogan of taking a horse dewormer.

Both Fauci and Acosta are out of line because they’re spreading more disinformation rather than setting the facts straight.

Talk with your doctor. Don’t take drugs unless they have been prescribed to you. Once you’re sick, you listen to your doctor on the best course of treatment – not Dr. Fauci, not the government, and certainly not CNN.

If Dr. Fauci really wants to put an end to the pandemic, he needs to keep his mouth closed.
