Kamala Harris is by far the worst vice president ever to hold office. She has neglected the country by refusing to do the tasks as assigned by Joe Biden. She ignores the cries of the people that are suffering the ill effects of her secondary administration. But it is not only the nation suffering under her inability to lead. Harris runs an abusive office.
Harris’s staff is reporting that the vice president is a terrible boss. They hate working for her, and the people that report to her have low morale. They are ignored, and decisions are made without any notice. When Harris chose to head south the border, she failed to plan and ordered people to jump through her liberal hoops.
Harris does not give direction and refuses to create a positive environment. She would rather abuse the people that work under her than create a positive workplace.
Her staff has stated the vice president fails to inform people of her travel plans, making it next to impossible to plan for her safety and travel route. She only informs a few inner friends and certainly does not reveal any plans to those down the line. And when plans do not work out, she blames others for her failures.
One worker stated that “People are thrown under the bus from the very top, there are short fuses and it’s an abusive environment. It’s not a healthy environment and people often feel mistreated. It’s not a place where people feel supported but a place where people feel treated like s***.”
The way she treats her staff is exactly the way she treats the country. She does not give a rip about anyone but herself. She lives in her world and expects everyone else to act as her private servants.
A report stated that even Biden had taken a close look at how the old lady treats her staff. They noted that “The dysfunction in the VP’s ranks threatens to complicate the White House’s carefully crafted image as a place staffed by a close-knit group of professionals working in concert to advance the president’s agenda.”
When one staff group has to look at the well-being and wonder if things are working fine, the health of the White House must be questioned. Tina Flournoy works with Harris. She is the one that keeps a tight grip on those that can get at the sad woman. Flournoy keeps such a tight grip on Harris that she cannot even speak with those who can help her with her work.
Other aides have pointed out that Harris knows precisely what is going on and how people are treated. She does not care enough to put a stop to it. Another staff member said that “She is the most perceptive person on the planet. She might not have first-hand knowledge, but it’s hard to imagine she doesn’t have a sense of what’s going on.”
Simone Sanders is one of Harris’ inner circle. Her senior advisors protect her from the allegations being said from the underlings. Simone tells the people to suck it up because the work is hard. But that does not mean that Harris as is rude and insensitive to the workers.
This is not the first team Harris has worked over that had issues with working for the woman. She ended up firing most of her staff after she failed presidential campaign fell apart. Harris would blame her campaign manager Juan Rodriguez for the way people were treated and the campaign’s failures.
Her reluctance to admit she has a leadership problem is one of the many reasons why she is disorganized and treats her staff like dirt. She cannot possibly think that people will love her if those closest to her hate her to death.
Kelly Mehlenbacher worked for the mean Harris, and she wrote a nasty resignation letter telling how terrible it was to be associated with her. She noted that “This is my third presidential campaign and I have never seen an organization treat its staff so poorly. While I still believe that Senator Harris is the strongest candidate to win in the General Election in 2020, I no longer have confidence in our campaign or its leadership.”
